Madelaine (‘Maddy’) Melberg is a seasoned leadership and organizational development consultant focused primarily on human capital solutions for high-tech companies through increased leadership effectiveness, professional development, performance management, improved feedback and communication, and facilitating breakthrough solution development through Action Learning. She is a certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute for Action Learning, and also holds certifications in the Hogan Personality-Based Assessments, Leadership Agility 360, as well as other 360 feedback and leadership development modalities. She has led workshops in the US Europe, Singapore, and India on effectively leveraging 360 feedback, for both leaders and individual contributors.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Madelaine was the Director of Human Resources for iRise, a US-based software company, reporting to the company president. Before iRise, she was in management at Microsoft, primarily responsible for workforce planning and risk mitigation strategies related to co-employment. Prior to joining Microsoft, she spent 14 years with AT&T and was selected for a high potential management program which enabled her to obtain a broad base of robust experience in sales, operations, marketing, project management, information technology and engineering.
She has successfully managed organizations of over 200 people and brings great breadth and depth of experience, professionalism and commitment to all aspects of her work. She is committed to partnering with companies to maximize their ROI in human capital, while concurrently working with professionals at all phases/levels in their careers to develop, leverage, and align their inherent strengths for mutual success.
Madelaine acquired her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, graduating with honors. She also holds a Masters Degree in Business with honors, and is a member of the Phi Chi Theta Business Honor Society.
