Stephanie has extensive experience with a variety of global organizations. She has designed and delivered global Leadership Development programs in many different contexts and brings extensive experience in coaching leaders and their teams. Her recent assignments include developing a regional leadership development program for a fast growing global pharmaceutical company, where she worked with new Country Managers who were moving from technical roles into general management positions running businesses with aggressive growth targets and multifunctional teams. The program focused on the key management skills essential for growth, and included a psychometric assessment, 360 feedback and a coaching process before and after the program.
Stephanie has significant experience in working in many different industrial sectors including high tech, medical devices, banking and car manufacturing. Her clients are often companies facing high growth and the leadership the challenges that implies.
Stephanie has an MA in Management Learning and has her coaching qualification from Ashridge Business School. She is certified to use several psychometric instruments including the Hogan suite. She is British, has lived in Paris for nearly 20 years, and speaks both English and French.
