Wendy is an experienced, qualified executive coach who works with a wide range of individuals, whether seasoned professionals or newly appointed leaders. She helps them to identify clear goals, challenge their thinking and build their confidence to improve their effectiveness, leadership and performance. Wendy establishes rapport and trust and works to understand quickly the challenges her clients are facing. She is always supportive and believes people have the ability to improve their performance. Her integrity and humour ensures each session is professional yet fun.
Having started her career in Marks & Spencer plc Wendy held a variety of senior management roles including Head of HR across the Head Office Store Development Group. As a consultant Wendy has worked with a wide range of organisations including large corporates, family run businesses and the public sector. Clients have included: P&O, Whitbread plc, Astellas Pharma UK, Arup, Eurostar, Monsoon, NBCUniversal, Ragdoll TV Productions, Bucks County Council and National Literacy Trust.
Wendy is a qualified Action Learning Coach (World Institute of Action Learning), providing effective solutions to business problems, including working with a group of Senior Leaders on an MBA programme in Casablanca and with a global Insurance organisation in Milan. She is a qualified NLP Business Practioner Coach (McKenna Breen) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. With a particular interest in supporting working mums, Wendy has co-authored a practical guide for working mothers called “Spinning Plates”. She is a mother of 3 children and is a volunteer coach, helping young people navigate their way after school.
